Welcome to the publicly accessible, on-line version of the collections database for the Royal Tyrrell Museum of Palaeontology. Our museum is operated by the Government of Alberta and houses one of the world’s premier palaeontological collections. This on-line service is freely available to researchers, students, and the general public, and is intended for research and educational purposes only (for more details, please see the “Notice & Disclaimer” section). You may use this service to learn about the collections at our museum, run basic searches for specimens in our holdings, access data and images for specimens, and find links to other relevant web sites.

This is the first version of our museum’s on-line database. Future versions may address some of the limitations in this version and may contain additional features. In the meantime, we hope you find this service informative.
